What Next For Young

With the recent controversy surrounding the future of Manchester United fringe player Ashley Young. They both will be subject to loads of offers from The Chinese Super League as their transfer window shuts at the end of the month. There are many clubs circling around the  player and his lack of game time will be taken advantage of, and also his  resistance power due to their lucrative wage offers.
Let's lay more emphasis on Young. Having finding his form and starting in both Europa League matches and playing well in both he may have gained the managers confidence.
But is it too late?
Let's see his pros and cons.

Pro's
1. Versatile
Young is a versatile player if not to say midfielder because he can play on either wings of the attack as well as defense. We should thank Van Gaal for once as it was he who developed United's two forgotten wingers a new hope and unearthed their hidden capabilities. Them being Valencia and Young,Valencia immediately broke in the first team under Mourinho and Young was made a third choice. Both of the players are of the same age 31. Young is a natural two footed player and if deployed in the middle of attack and defense that's as a Wing back he can he a useful utility player.

2. Experience
Young if commits with United may not have that much time in hand as he is already 31 and still has to cement his position in the starting 11. But he can be a good player with experience and also a player during the Fergie Era in which very few are around. At 31 he can help Darmain, Fosu Mensah to increase their attacking capacity and make frequent forward runs from the back, dribbling past opponents on the way.

3.  A Good Back up
If in case there is an injury crisis in the full back area or on the wings Young can be used in either positions to cover up for the injured. It can also be a great opportunity for him to find form.

Con's

1. Age
Age is a very important part in a players career. As Young is aged the club will be looking to sell him for profit or to fund for a marquee player. One player less = wages for marquee sorted. Also that he is a not a regular and lack of game time will eventually lead him to call it a day.

2. Competition
Young has less but tough competition on the full back area. Valencia is an irreplaceable starter and if there is an injury Darmain is called up to cover. On the left too there is Blind, Rojo, Shaw and Darmain. Wings he has intense competition. With Lingard, Rashford, Martial, Mkhitaryan, Mata. Competition is so fierce that you have make good of all lucky and fortunate chances. If you don't prove you will lose your place,we clearly saw that with Memphis who got sold to Lyon in January.

Will Young resist all offers and stay at United? Will he get back in the team?

Young may be old at 31 but he has lot to offer as much as a young player has, but he needs chances. Is it too late to realise? Has he already decided to leave or stay? He deserves a chance and if given he can give a tough fight to Valencia.
